148 gr campro hbwc

Hey guys;
looking for some help loading these 148 gr campro wad cutters into a .38spl, never loaded wadcutters before, just wondering if anyone has used either blue dot or red dot ? (i have lots of this powder lol) and what about seating depth ? i keep reading that you're supposed to load them flush with the case, then a mild roll crimp ? any advice would help.

Red dot is more suitable. Try 2.7, 3.0 and 3.3 gr.

You can seat flush and roll crimp or seat it out a bit and crimp and see which works best.
