For a post 64 M94? I recommend opening a window because I think you're being suffocated by a leaky fryer vent!

No Post-64 M94 is worth $350, even a pristine one. You can get a good Pre-64 for that kind of money if you look around.

Some guys think the commemoratives are made of real gold...

I have a couple of Guns and Ammo from 1964 in the house. Get a big chuckle from the Winchester adds, full page spread touting the "new and improved" models 94 and 70.
They were junk for a long time, eventually and gradually getting better. I wouldn't own a gun of the vintage of the OP's, so to me, its worth nothing

Ah hell, as a beat up gun that sits in you cab it would do just fine. For a couple hundred bucks that is.

Really? Its worth nothing? You should re-read your post. Its rude and completely inaccurate. Let me guess - you read on the internet that they aren't good.

I don't need to re-read the post
I said that to me, it's worth nothing because I would never buy one. I've had first hand experience with a few of these things with their cheap stamped lifters not working and saw one like it doing the same damn thing two weeks ago at deer camp.

I agree, it's not worth a penny to me... I wouldn't want that thing taking up space better utilized by a nice gun...

But some schmoe looking for a beater quad gun might pay $250.

1964, 65, 66, 67 were pretty bad years for the 94. I forget how many years they produced the stamped lifter before they gave it up...
