Any suggestions for a really good seat/crimp die for .223. No I can not do this in 2 steps. Don't have the space for it I'm my tool heads.

The standard RCBS seater die will crimp or not crimp depending on how you set it up. See these instructions for more detail.
The seater die with the RCBS AR series die sets have a taper crimp die.
That being said if the expander is .002 to .003 smaller than bullet diameter you do not need to crimp. Any crimp should be done with the case trimmed to the same length for a uniform crimp.
"BUT" I give all my blasting ammo a very slight taper crimp just to streamline the case mouth for better feeding. And my target ammo fired in my AR15 A2 HBAR is never crimped.
I would recommend the Forster FL benchrest series die set with the in-line benchrest seater to produce the most concentric ammunition.

Does the Foster have a TC in it or is it just for seating?
The Forster benchrest seating die does not crimp, it is for making precision ammunition.
I'm loading for two AR15 rifles and a bolt action Savage .223, and the only ammo with a very slight taper crimp is fired in the 16 inch carbine. (blasting ammo)
Again if your expander is .002 to .003 smaller than bullet diameter a bullet crimp is not needed. The only reason I crimp is the feed ramp in my carbine is a little rough and the case mouth can be dinging up.
