What Twist and What Bullet to Use In 22-250 For Deer?

Either Barnes or Nosler partition. I hunted for a few years with a 22-250, deer tended to drop like they were hit by lightning.
 
Someone asked how many provinces allow 22 caliber for deer. Manitoba any centerfire is allowed but smaller than .23 is not recomended 2016 manitoba hunting guide

Not going to wade through this thread, but...
Lived in the Eastern Arctic for 30 years. Many, many caribou are taken with .22-.250 rifles. Neither the Inuit hunters nor the caribou have read that .22-.250 is inappropriate for big game. Consequently, meat is routinely harvested.
 
A belted magnum as #1? How dare you, you must have magnumitis. A 223 will do everything and more. Shot placement and bullet selection is all you need.

Silly... this only a commentary on the medium bores... otherwise the Hi-Power for the big stuff and the Hornet for little stuff... like whitetails.
