Weight helps your recoil ;)

When we were doing the Colt Canada video, Wally took his 10" IUR out to 300 meters no problem.

But you know you bought a nice rifle right? You don't have to feed it garbage.

Yeah exactly. I cant stand that. I would never shoot low quality ammo out of any of my guns.

The last three groups I did use American eagle 62 gr, I forgot to add that fact in.
I used Norinco to get started instead of putting the more expensive stuff down the range when the sights weren't even on the target to start off with.

Hello All
I put together CC build with the new SAS upper, Troy stamped rear sight, a abidexous lower, black furniture and rail cover. Got a Troy front M4 sight and hopefully get maybe Aim Point red dot and Blue Force Bungy sling.
Shot it today to sight it in at 25 yards, went f"cking bang, 1" to 1.5" groups on a rest in the snow using Norinco surplus with medium rate of fire.
I suspect with a optic and slowing down the rate of fire should have much better results and move to shooting it out to a 100 yards.
Was very pleased with the results with open sights, no cycle issues, more hand room versus the Danish IUR rail 3 and 9 o'clock cutouts. Only complaint, just a tad heavy but I think that helped with the recoil.

Anyone else have a shooting report with there new SAS upper.
As well as how you are setting up your rifle and choice of sling configuration.

Gaurd

I don't have an SAS upper, I've got one of the lowers though :)
