Browning Hi Power

I'm looking to get a C&S no-bite hammer/sear for my hi power. Where did you order your C&S parts from?

Got my C&S no-bite hammer from Brownells. Had to sign off on an intended use declaration.

Was not a drop in proposition, that's for sure. I had to mod my safety slightly. It was that, or order another safety, I chose to mod my safety.

Wasn't too too bad, just lots of remove, adjust, install, test, and try again.

You need to rig yourself a hammer retaining device to disassemble and assemble. UTube is your friend.

The really really stupid thing is that they could actually do the replacement at ZERO COST by trading their Ingliss BHPs for about 3 times as many brand new BHPs and they would be all set. Many of the spare parts and magazines etc would even be the same so that would also save a lot of work.

But noooo..... they are going to end up melting down the old BHPs and paying some lieberal party donor to take away the scrap metal.

Then they'll equip the troops with bolt action 22lr pistols designed to shoot non-lethal ammo. (remember, it was the Lieberals who sent the troops to Afghanistan without any tanks!)
