It's his gun, his stock got broke when it came out of the bedding, a new gun was purchased and the stock was used from the new gun. As far as the rest of the stuff such as extractor and bases I can't speak for, but the barreled action and bolt are the same ones the op sent.

How do you know? OP says no work was done. I would interpret that as No work was done, not work was done, ####ed up, and then a new stock was purchased...
I guess you'll just have to take my word for it. But I'm the one that sourced out the replacement, ended up having to buy a whole gun and take the stock. I also was there when the stock broke. So is that a good enough explanation as to how I know?
I did check the spring once my new replacement arrived, and they're the same. Julien sent me the ejector and Warne rings, inside the bag was also 2 hex head action screws. So I did get my barreled action back, put it all together and it shoots well, even unbedded in a new stock.
Was just trying to find his info as I was happy with the job he did for me, and wanted him to do another build, came here to look for any updates as to why I couldn't find him. Wish him well, he was helpful and put together a shooter for me.
Julien is concentrating more on his family and other work so although there have been many of us that were very satisfied with his work I doubt you'll twist his arm to do another build for you.
