Just purchased my first rifle clambering a 6.5 creedmoor with a 1-8 barrel twist. Any ideas on what bullet grain to start with...

Good choice. I just bought the Berger 135 grain Classic Hunter, and the 140 gr Long Range BT Target. The 135 grain has excellent ballistics. They are both in stock at Prophet River. The 140 grain Hybrid is a popular choice but is not currently in stock, and can be hard to find...

I couldn't get the 139 scenar to work for me. I went to the 136 scenar-l and won't be switching to anything else. Hirsch precision is where I get them.
