I have some broad arrow marked wrenches, in BA and Imperial sizes, from "W. TYERS & Co 1945"

... and I have no idea of their value, though I suspect it isn't much unless you own older British cars...

Any guesses?

Wonder if they were from a military vehicles toolkit?
I suspect value would be nominal, unless someone needed them to fill a kit.

....

I suppose they could be, but the same tools would be in the toolboxes of REME base workshops, field workshops, and detachments with forward echelon units, so without specific provenance we'll never know.

You wouldn't possibly have the tool roll that they come in ? As it would quite possibly be marked for what they are intended to be used with .

No, they were loose in one of those "file drawer" things in my late father's garage where you keep screws, bolts, and other small bits.

I wouldn't have noticed them at all if it weren't for the broad arrow that caught my eye.

Thanks for the link- I hadn't heard of them before...

Glad to be of assistance, get registered so you can Login at MLU and post the pics in WW2 Military History/ Equipment and I am fairly sure someone would have a good idea or two what they where used on. Stuff like these spanners are as Tiriaq notes have nominal value, maybe keep an eye on Ebay.UK for further enlightenment.
