Maybe try black and green rifles section, not many will think a Norc belongs in the precision area.
My suggestion would be to run it the way it is and when you decide you want a better rifle buy a new AR built by a reputable manufacturer. Nothing you do to it will do much for performance aside from changing your barrel and a quality barrel will cost you almost as much as your entire rifle did. Changing the bolt and carrier won't make it shoot any better and as long as it's running reliably there isn't much to do to it that you haven't already done. Spend your money on ammo and practice practice practice. A fancy trigger may help you shooting from a bench or in competition but it won't help as much as simply putting rounds down range will.
One thing you can do that will definitely make your rifle run better is getting some professional training. I've been shooting for years and last summer I took my first CQB class and after two days and 500 rounds I saw a huge improvement in my skills with the rifle.
