40S&W mags in 9mm pistols / I think some people like oppression.

(Devil's advocate)
Just curious, but do you guys flaunt this stuff at the range? Do you carry 11 rounds of the caliber the magazine is designed for, for the occasion that you are confronted by an LEO? Maybe a C.O. or copper that isn't so familiar or intimate with the laws or the bulletin?
What are you going to do or say when they confiscate your stuff in spite of being informed of the bulletin? And while we're there, what are you going to say to the judge when you present your case, and despite acknowledging the bulletin, He disagrees with the conclusions of the RCMP's bulletin?
The RC's clearly state in the bulletin it isn't law, and only an opinion. They have also already flip-flopped on a number of mag capacity interpretations (Beowulf, 10-22, and probably other B/S I can't keep up with...)
Point is, what happens when you get tossed under the bus?

Good thing that a ,40 won't chamber in a 9mm, and a 9mm would be like a Weiner in a hallway in a 40 chamber.

9mm will chamber and fire in .40s&w btw

Look up XCR unlawfully seized for using LAR mags. I filmed this in squamish. They returned the firearm the next day with an apology.

Dont be afraid to enjoy your hobby via the bulletin... the bulletin is there for a reason

Yeah, but no damage will occur.

Right, and you are also aware of the charges levelled against a number of Beowulf mag owners too right?
Didn't the same Cowboys issue another bulletin claiming 'dual use' or some nonsense'? - point is a bulletin is not law, only an interpretation of a poorly written one. The agency that has issued that bulletin has proven in the past to change their opinion on a whim. Keep up the good fight.

Yes full capacity magazines are nice to have, not so nice to feed!! Lol, only time I fill my full capacity magazines are for competitions. Otherwise i stick to 10 rounds or 5 if I want to practice mag changes.

You only load 10 in the mag when shooting your CZ Shadow in USPSA Production though right?
