Hang up your newest 9, let me see!

Bill, that is one sweet looking P210! Heavy envy, green color. Very well done!

Thanks TC, have another fine CGN'er to thank for that acquisition :) .

If you're talking about mine it's a swiss made Sig P210 from 1953. If you look above you'll see BillD posted a picture of the modern version of the P210 in post #37.

Beauty there JM, still intend to add a classic P210 to add to the collection too.

Thanks! There's some guns out there from the past that just blow me away as they were being sold as regular production models but if they were being produced today would be selling as high end custom guns at a premium price. I believe the p210 falls into that category.

I've been considering one of these, how do you like it?

I shoot steel challenge and I was using a 686-3. It took some getting used to. It is an N frame, so it is a big gun. Using 9mm in moon clips is faster and easier then 38/357 because of how short the cartridge is. I have however had more issues with this one like the grub screw in the grip backing off on my causing light primer strikes and the front false muzzle loosening up causing erratic bullet behavior. (Which was never an issue on the 686). With that all being said though now that I am getting used to things and got the kinks worked out its a pretty good pistol. I am thinking of running it in 3gun this season just for fun.

Glock 43, from irunguns ... literally, today. These are really neat little pistols, and the barrel (EFK Firedragon) looks surprisingly high quality. EFK used to be a second-tier outfit, but they have really upped their game. State-of-the-art (and low stress) EDM bore and rifling, excellent fit and finish... still unfired, as I'm afraid it will remain for a while yet. I tried to buy more but I could only get one. I suspect others will be showing up here shortly!

You will like this gun. I shot my buddy's down south alongside his Glock 26, the 43 fit my hand much better than the 26.
