You are correct about the performance standards, however, SOR-2014-198 is a regulation made via OIC and is still in effect.

The only news is that according to TI's last update these will be in our hands no later than end of March.....thats 78 days from now! I'll tell you one thing that it's gonna take more than a free mag and sling for me NOT to cancel my pre order this time if there anymore setbacks its gonna cost them an 8 ball of mags and a case of ammo
