What gun have you been lusting after lately?

Thinking of a Pardini GT-9 these days. Had one for a short while and foolishly sold it !! Graham, please don't say anything. It is already hard enough as it is...

Lol. No comment from the peanut gallery other than good choice.

I have the GT40 and its a POS.

Yes I've read about your experience and sympathize with your frustration. It is too bad there was no recourse given the price of the gun. Your experience seems to be the exception rather than the rule.

My money would be on a Desert Eagle Mark XIX 6-inch Component System. It even comes with a case. Must be good.....

A P226 Legion, the traditional double action. Was expecting another Elite/Platinum/whatever but I was really impressed when I handled one. I just can't spend that much on a handgun right now.

A 3 screw no transfer bar Ruger Blackhawk convertible 357/9mm with a 4 5/8" barrel, shiny as new internals and scratched up bluing on the outside (to keep the price down). Does such a thing exist?

Nothing fancy but my list is:
Steyr M9: Loved the look since it came out but could never pull the trigger.
Sig P226: Gotta own this quintessential but dayum that moola.
Browning HP: Gotta own this quintesstial, but dayum that moola.
Sig 1911: Damn ###y, but DAYUM that moola.
Cadex CD30 in .308: Damn ###y BUT DAYUM THAT MOOLA.
AAC Honey Badger: So cool but DAYUM DOESN'T EXIST.

Everyone who's gone to SHOT this year so far has made a bee-line right for the AUGs. But I want to see those pistols! I've been hearing murmurings of "limited runs" and I'm hoping that means an L357!

I've also seen glimpses of FDE and OD Framed handguns hat look like they might not have that big, stupid bullseye logo that is a glaring eyesore on what would be the best looking ploymer gun on the market.

I'm salivating over "maybes" here, because everyone just walks right by them. The L9A1 was the best-shooting handgun I've ever handled and I would love to have one that I don't have any reservations over.

Derya Arms MK-10 VR106... also a nice shiny 1911 :D

...but I just purchased a P226 MK25, so I shouldn't be looking to purchase right now, but I can't help myself :p

Just picked up a 92A1 Beretta. Thus ends the quest. I now have what I set out to own. Time now to enjoy the collection at the range.

Take Care
