PPQ Q5 Match Problem

I have the PPQ Q5 Match which I finally got to shoot for the first time after 2 1/2 months of sitting in my cabinet.

I've fired 130 rounds and had about 5 failures where the second last round would not chamber but instead turn and jam in odd positions.

I was thinking maybe the spring in the mags are weak. I know that they are much easier to load that the 9mm mags of my CX4 Storm.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thx

Maybe instead of posting here, you should call retailer you bought it off. As it shoulder still be under warranty.

It came well oiled. Spent some time cleaning excess oil off making sure the oil points specified were had oil. Ran a cleaning jag couple times finishing with a clean pad with couple drops oil.

I seem to recall reading about a similar issue in the Walther forum. Person bought an aftermarket guide rod and spring and it went away. Maybe it is a recoil spring issue?

Did you buy it new? If not the "oil" is not lube... you need to clean them off the packing grease and properly lube the gun.
