Bushnell warranty

I said I was done with you guys, and for good reason. Internet videos of non industry standard testing and parroting of other peoples "research" doesnt impress me. I hope you didnt spend too long writing that waste of time.

So watching the reticles track like crap is fake? Or are you unable to see that the values are not consistent? Maybe you didn't understand the statement from Leupold that they outsource more than just their lenses and they won't disclose where those parts come from.

Just let the guy be... he stated he had some legitimate proof for his statements and now has come up with nothing except for a few one liners.

This thread was on Bushnell Warranty, lets get back on topic.

good to hear that they changed policy - I had an old scope chief that seized up - sent it back for repair - they told that although i bought it when bushnells had a life time warranty, my scope was actually made before then (ie only a 15 year warranty and I must have bought old stock) - they offered to sell me a new 3200 at a discount (which was actually $20 more than I could buy it from Cabelas) - I declined and they sent the old scope back - none the less I still have at least 10-15 bushnell scopes and have no issues with them at all.

I boughta Bushnell Yardage scope, used off the EE..didnt come with any of the 9 BCD turrets..called Bushnell, they sent me all 9 brand new! No questions asked, as I. Bought used, no receipt etc. They are Great!

I have had a great experience with Bushnell as well. Had a lower end scope I was using for waterfowl scouting. Left it in the truck in -20. Well I went to adjust the magnification and put too much pressure on it which snapped it off. Called warranty, mailed it in then had a new scope with case a week later. That was 15 years ago before all the no fault warrantys.
I have had a terrible experience with Nikon. I can't imagine ever buying their product again.

In 30 plus years, I have had 2 failures of bushnell scopes. First was a brand new 4x scope chief which was promptly replaced and 2nd was an elite 3200 4-12x40 that lost some brightness. That one was replaced promptly with a new elite 4-16x40 with sunshade and target turrets. Most of my scopes are bushnell with the rest being Nikon, Burris and Leupold. I don't think any brand will completely overtake the number of bushnells I have but Nikon might come close.
