I know this is about looks, however how do you guys feel about the X95 being reported to have substantially worse accuracy than the Tar-21?
I've been fond of the Tavor for a long time and I'm soooooooo close to getting one and updating the trigger right off the bat.
I want to make sure whichever I go for, it's the right one.
I know the reliability of my Tavor is less than stellar. Based on that alone I would not venture into the newer X95. I too think the Tavor looks nicer than the X95.

hello-ive owned 5 tavors over last 3 years--not 1 issues so im interested in your problems with reliability?
Well just because many ran without issues doesn't mean they can't have issues.
I would like to hear what Moe has to say.
I think Moe had issues with his Geiselle trigger pack.
I've found any issues I had with my Tavor is operator error. Babying the charging handle; bolt not fully closed on a press check; head position on support side shooting; trying to insert mag forward of the trigger guard (doh!)
Any issue with a trigger pack is a issue with the trigger pack and not the Tavor. Well unless it was a factory issue trigger pack. If it was a Geiselle causing issues, blame Geiselle.
When I had a Tavor it ran virtualy flawless. Its only issue was inserting mags on a closed bolt that were filled to capacity. One less bullet in the mag and no problems. But I can't even fault the Tavor for that. I blame our stupid mag pinning laws.
To reiterate, I don't know if Moe has/had issues with reliability in his Tavor. I just remember him posting a thread about issues with his Geiselle trigger pack, which I think was solved. So Moe may feel free to clear this up about his Tavor if he chooses. If it is indeed the case of a aftermarket trigger pack issue, the statement "reliability of my Tavor is less than stellar" is misleading.
