Originals are prohibited as class 12-2 or 12-3.

The semi auto reproductions recently made in the US might qualify as restricted or non-restricted, depending on barrel length.
 
YES. There is a NON-Restricted Version!!!

There IS an FRT. The NON-Restricted Version is the TNW PPSH-41.

Several people have imported one.
 
Some lucky guy in Canada must have at least one made by TNW. It's a shame no other semi auto only ppsh-41s were made. They're awesome looking guns! I'm sure if we show enough interest in them maybe someone will manufacture them?
 
One of my favorite designs, but not sure if want anyway with nonrestricted length barrel, even a U.S. market 16" bbl is pretty long on these.

Have you actually seen them ? I am ok with a Res let along NR. How much do they usually run for here in Canada ?

No. They aren't prohib by name. The TNW semi auto was classed restricted simply on barrel length. Frt was published a year ago. If you got a longer barrel it would be NR.

Haven't seen one yet. Would have to find one state side and import it.

No. The frt lists one entry as restricted. No one has a NR one yet entered. It would be a simple child addition to the existing entry though.

North Sylva was the original importer. Again if any have come in they have been individual imports. No other importer listed currently.

As there is only a restricted version listed in the tnw PPSH41 SA entry, that means no importer has brought in a NR length version, and no one has modified a R to NR and had it verified.

So only restricted, if any, in Canada currently.
