New Henry Single Shot rifles

I'm looking forward to seeing these guns when they arrive; I hope you guys post some pics.

And I'm really hoping that Henry expands the line-up if they are successful with them. I was always a fan of the H&R Buffalo Classics; I can't help but think that a Henry .45-70 single shot, with a brass receiver, nice wood, octagon 32-inch barrel and crescent buttplate would be the new and irresistible incarnation of the Buff Classic. I just finished selling several BC's; I can see myself backpedalling into a brass version. :)

I loved the BC's and BC Carbines too... I would bet that Henry will do them... all the former H&R guys are on the horn with Anthony Imperato. I would probably do one in .45/90 and hopefully a factory .38/55... as you say, brass receiver and longer octagon barrel with GOOD sights... I was disappointed that this first iteration was not offered with an octagon barrel... I am sure due to the complexity of doing the break action forend in conjunction... although a half round would have been a nice compromise... I am sure that it was a pricepoint consideration.
