We're Back!
With the 2016 Series being an overwhelming success, Ontario Action Shooting is pleased to announce that we are going to continue with the "2017 Select Shooting Supplies Shotgun Challenge".#
Full details to follow shortly; however, it will be similar to last year with the best 4 of 6 matches going toward the championship title.#
Along with Select Shooting Supplies returning as our title sponsor, we have been fortunate enough to partner with most of last year's generous supporters. A new and thrilling addition this year will be Vortex Canada as they have agreed to add to the prize table for our championship match.
Another exciting change is that we have added an additional participating club. Guelph Rod and Gun Club (Hosted by Phull Otto) will be home to one of our matches.# Can't wait to see what Guelph and Phull Otto has in store for us in May!!
We will also be designing and selling a 2017 jersey. This year is it will be available to order on league sign up, customized with your name and ready for the first match. We all noticed lots of jerseys being worn to other events and it was a great way to help give back to our sponsors and promote the series.
Tentative dates for the series:
May 6 - Guelph Rod and Gun Club
June 3 - Galt Sportsmen’s Club
July 1 – Watford Gun Club (confirmed)
Aug 5 – Oxford Fish and Game Protection Association (confirmed)
Sept 2 – Crumlin Sportsmen’s Association
Sept. TBD - Championship match East Elgin’s Sportsman’s Association
Please note these dates are tentative and will be firmed up very shortly.
