In the same vein, does anyone know which dealers have sales on glock handguns? I think I'll be looking towards a g17 gen 4 if my tax return plays nice.

tax return.... i just did my 2015 taxes got $4000 bill..... FML
900 bucks seems on par for brand new with 2 mags and all the gear. If you have to add tax + shipping on that then it sucks.
There was one in the EE last week for $750. Preowned, but in good shape. I was gonna get it but I already have three, so I let someone else jump on it. I remember another one in that price range a month or so ago. Check the EE daily. That's your best bet.
Unless you want brand new. Then you gotta pay the man.

I make minimum wage and work at Sears haha. I only made 16.5k this year and paid in 1650 in income tax, I'm hoping I get enough back to get the glock, and treat the girlfriend to something nice.

F@ck the glock. Buy a hammer, tape measure and a pouch. You'll still have lots of cash left over for an ok impact drill set.... if you NEED a gun you'll still have a few bucks for a 12 gauge.
This way you'll have tools. You can get on the road to more cash.
