Walther PP Sport

I had a really nice SA one with a 6" barrel that I got in a trade deal in the early 70's. It was unregistered and the owner was nervous about its background. I kept it for a few years and traded it to a friend with full disclosure. Always was curious about its background.
 
These are very cool guns. I actually hadn't come across them before. That's what I love about this place....lots of people with knowledge and you're always learning or seeing something new.:d

I really like .22 target pistols but unfortunately, as a lefty, many are not for me with their "right hand" target grips.:(

Plain grips are available for the PP. I have an extra set of Pachmayr for them. Only shoot the one at the bottom of the picture since the others are in new condition. That one will do 1" at 25 meters of the bench all day with CCI SV ammo, believe it or not it's as accurate as my '65 S&W model 41 7-3/8" barrel.

Harry, I am not sure. I bought the pistol as is. Its a DA/SA trigger. Front sight is adjustable for elevation, rear for windage. The tube is also a weight. It does certainly look original.
