Hi guys,
I've been offered a 1912 Ross Cadet rifle and I need to come up with a price to place an offer on it.
It is in fair to good condition, is complete and in original condition. It shoots well and is quite accurate but doesn't extract properly. The extractor slips off the rim after every shot. Buttstock is covered with cadet unit stamps and all sorts of military markings. DP is also stamped on the stock.
Seller is also offering a sporterized Model 1910 Ross. Aside from the cut wood, the metal is in good condition and the bore is at least good or better. Is $200 too much for this one?
Thanks for any input on this.
