Yes there are a few within your grasp. Rosetown, Lloydminster & Macklin are probably closest. Lloyd is open on Mondays and Thursdays around 5 pm and will be hosting two weekend long ATA shoots this year(May and August). Macklin I believe is open on Sundays? There is also clubs at Biggar, Outlook and Saskatoon. If you call Brian Shepard at Shep's Sports in Lloydminster he can probably send you a Sasksports full listing of all the clubs across the province along with contact info.
And should you be interested in shooting ATA(Amateur Trapshooting Association) registered shooting I believe SATA (Saskatchewan Amateur Trapshooting Association) still has a program where new shooters get to try their hand at it by having their first 100 targets, SATA target fees and ATA & SATA membership fees paid for. Then you are only responsible to cover your ammo and any targets and target fees after your first 100 targets the remainder of the shooting year. Brian Shepard will know for sure.
Canadian Championships are in Edmonton this year at the end of June. Provincials are in Regina and the Western Zone shoot is in Calgary. There is always lots going on including just regular club shoot days. Lloyd will be open once the snow is gone and weather warms a bit. Usually mid to late April until October. Macklin is the same.

I really appreciate the fact that my current club shoots all year, weather permitting. Some months we only get out once or twice, but it's nice to get out.

We used to shoot all winter at my old home club as well. It was always a fun sunday gathering. We ised to run a small league fun shoot. We used to call it the Hot Stove Team shoot. There was usually five to six 5 member teams that shot on one date each month during the months of Dec - April. Each shooter shot one round of skeet and one round of trap. There was a small prize at the conclusion of the shoots for the top 3 shooters with the highest overall combined score out of 250 targets, the highest overall combined skeet score out of 125 targets and the same with the trap score. As well the winning team had their names engraved on an annual plaque and the shoot started off each time with a gathering for an included pancake breakfast held at the club. Those shoots were alot of fun.

We typically shoot four rounds of skeet on a Sunday, and now and then someone shows up to shoot a round of trap or two. We use -10 as a default temperature, any colder, and no shooting.

Macklin has a club as well. Its right on the side of the highway as you head into town. They shoot every sunday in summer if memory serves and have trap and some kind of a 5-stand or small sporting clays course incorporated into the trap fields? Its a very nice club with friendly people.
