Hearing powder rattle in case

Hello
I am new to reloading. I am reloading .338 lapua with 300gr projectiles and h1000 powder. I charged the case with 85grains of h1000 and confirmed the weight with my lee scale (weighs in grains). I did a reload but can hear powder shaking in the case when it's COL is set. Does this seem normal?
 
glass half empty folks say you are wasting space, compress load
glass half full say yippee, save powder

Normal is an illusion.

Pull them apart and add more powder, just like my whiskey, fill it to the top, that's how you get maximum power, crank it to eleven
