so i bought 2 lbs of the stuff with the idea to shoot hornady 60 gr amax and the load data is solid for those but im wondering if its to quick a burning powder for heavier as i like to shoot 75gr amax useing blc2 or benchmark so just wondering if ou guys have experimented with heavier pills and what velocities u are getting if the pressure is safe thanks

What about 60 and above grain? Now I am told you should only use magnum primers with H335. Should I be using something else.

I agree 4198 is only good for light bullets in the 223, of less than 50 grains.

As for MAGNUM primers with H335 which is a BALL powder that is a very good idea. Mind you I use MAGNUM primers for everything.

I really like Varget with 69 gr SMK and 75 gr Hornady hpbt but CFE223 has been giving very similar results for me with the limited testing I've done with it so far.
