Remington 541-T with target aperture sights value???

I have a mint shape gun in the above model and configuration. It has barely been fired and shows no ware at all. I am thinking of selling it as it's to pretty to use lol. This is the heavy barrel model with peep target sights. I fully intend on finding out the fare value of this gun and thought I would start here. Thank you in advance for your time. Oh and it has 5 mags that look like they never been used.
 
I payed 400 for mine and another sold at the Consort show for the same ( had I knew what he was going to ask I would have gladly bought it ). This is the low end of value, top seems to be about 700. The sights will add some & mags are cheep.

Says the guy that wants to buy this for cheap.....

I paid in excess of $700 for each of two 541T-HB's off of the EE here. Not sure of the peep target sights being factory though. Post some pics if you can.
 
lol, thanks guys not sure i want to sell it as i do love it. im a big model 700 bdl fan. i do wish it was a sporter barrel as im not a target guy and will only be hunting with it.

NOT TRUE! I have 2 Ts and a CS so am not looking for another. My statement is my experience and true prices. CZ prices keep down the Rem prices. The 541 mags (10 Rd) are pos so again the price is affected. It's great to get someone to pay top $$ but I don't see it happening fast. You paid what I did say was in the range, at top, so I feel I was correct.
 
I procured, off the EE here, last June, a 541T w a sporter barrel that had been bumped 3 x for $525 shipped. No sights, but rings, 1 5-shot mag and 2 - 10's....the 10's dont work.
 
What sights are on the rifle ? AFAIK the HB models were not D&T and this might detract for a collector. The 400-700 range is realistic relative to condition and completeness from new.
