Nice rifles raqh, and hey don't sweat the "poor" pics man. Black items are the hardest to photograph properly. But I can give you a tip since I used to be a photographer back in the day. Shoot some more pics but this time use a high key background. . . say like a white background, or for instance the second pic you took, you were on the right track. The only think wrong with it was you used a black bag to prop it up. Try using a burlap bag, or an ammo crate made out of light color wood. Look at the pic you took again. Notice how your "baby" stands out from the light colored wood? It looks great at the stock end, but loses detail at the muzzle end. And one more thing if I may. Try to have no more than 2 directions of where the shadows are coming from. I see 6 from what I can see. . . makes it too confusing. Shoot it again and post another set. Now, let's see what you can do huh? And the great thing about digital, is if you don't like it, you delete it and try again
I like the old one KND . . I don't know rifles but it looks original. Is that an original M14 ? Forgive my ignorance of rifles. I'm a handgun guy![]()
Still a very nice rifle man. How accurate is it? and how far have you used it? Say, is there anyone on here that has an actual original M1 Garand, or M14 on this forum? If so, I'd like to see this dude add it to this thread. Now THAT'S worth seeing man !No sir, it's just chinese M305 with M14 wood stock with full auto cut out.
Here is mine
