IWA 2017: UF PRO Recce Smock

UF PRO is a Slovenian company that makes some interesting clothing and the price is not that bad at all. I walked by and saw this Recce smock I was like "AHA!".

Instead of sewing two big pockets with internal compartments, this smock actually has rows of PALS sewn below the waist line. Inside the jacket is actually a waist belt and padding system. It is a bit like a smock/load bearing hybrid

Some interesting details, such as finger loop for the buttons, all for one hand operation.

And a tab for you to bite on to zip and unzip shoulder pocket with one hand!

Around 300Euro so about $430. Lots of great gear in Europe,however most never make it here.

The pants come with flaps with hooks on the inside, that can be fastened to the gator rings on boots.

Seals Action Gear is the sole distributor in Canada. They rarely if ever have stock and their pricing doesn't seem to be any better than ordering from EU. Just an FYI for anyone curious.
