I keep going back and forth ... can't decide which I want ... I'm not a IPSC shooter so no restrictions there ... I just shoot steel and paper at my club for fun.

So ... which to buy ... opinions and experiences please ...

You chose the G34 because ...?

- Readily available.
- Small hands = Gen4.
EDIT* - Not as ugly as the G17L, lol.

They're virtually the same, pick your poison.

With the Gen4/Gen3 triggers...are you saying you can tell the difference between the trigger bars? Is that little ol' bump on the Gen4 bothering you? lol.

Buy G34, it will be easier for you to sell it if you decide to sell it.

Gen 4 34 > Gen 3 17L

Honestly both options are roughly the same, however holster choice for the 17L might be limited.

Glock had a run of 17L's not too long ago, they're still available if you look hard enough.

I'm not sure about that...

The G17L, although not exactly hen's teeth, can be fairly hard to obtain which makes it desirable. With that said the G34 has a large following and is a Glock favourite amongst many shooters.

Six of one, half a dozen of the other.

You're right, it looks like Epps has 3 and Reliable has 1.

I can't believe that Glocks are reaching 1K? Wow.
