Custom Soft Armor

What are the chances of getting custom size Level IIIA soft armor panels built? 16 x 22 and 17 x 21. My plate carrier is built by Tactical Tailor (Hybrid Enhanced Vest) and will accept 16 x 22 panels up front and 17 x 22 panels in the rear. I would be willing to pay up front if this is possible.
