Yup, Phil is straight up.
You don't mention brand or problems, but give them a call and he'll give you
an honest answer.
You may wish to ask for a time frame on return repairs as he can get quite busy.
He also carries those plastic lens rings that are often broken.
He replaces them with metal rings.
And not horribly priced.
