Feed Ramp Machining

Im having issues with my Chiappa M1-9 (surprise, surprise) and was looking at the feed ramp. How does the machining look on this? To me it feels like the copper could be catching on its way in, giving me my feeding issues. I am going to try polishing it and seeing if it makes any difference.

Assuming that's for a 9 MM, which has a case mouth similar to the ACP, it is possible it's slowing down on the opening. As there is no feed ramp noticeable, I'm guessing it's detachable magazine fed?
