That poly sheet on the wall doesn't have any rating/lettering - I'd assume it's quite flammable. I'd suggest throwing up a couple of sheets of Type-X drywall behind the bench.

Or move the propane tank and annealer outside for use. Store the annealer inside, but get the propane out of the house. IIRC, propane is heavier than air, so it will collect near the floor.
