tikka rings?

Only problem I've encountered with the Sako ringmounts is that the rear ring is not adjustable forward and back because of the pin that fits in the groove on the top of the receiver. This pin stops the scope moving forward under recoil but does not always allow a scope to be mounted forward enough for proper eye relief. I guess you could remove the pin or mill the groove in the receiver!
Otherwise the opti-loc ringmounts are great.

And are they hanging on the wall on a nail?

Looky, I just applied my advanced degree in Hooked on Phonics to your question...still don't get it. It appears as though you are actually writing in English...but that can't be...:)

So, to answer whomever it is that has hacked Looky's account: no, they're not on the wall. One set is on a T3 that is currently out on loan...the other is tucked neatly into one of the zillion little compartments of the dozens of Dollar Store plastic boxes that stuff like that is supposed to live in. If somebody wants 'em they can feel free to PM me, I don't think I'll be using them anytime soon. They are aluminum alloy, clear-anodized (so a stainless-type look), matte finish, probably medium height.

Maybe I'll take a picture of them hanging on a nail...:)

The manufacturer's website says the base and rings weighs 183 grams. The updated design I got last year (machined sides, fits both left and right hand action) weighs 163 grams with 1" rings, screws, etc. I just checked a set of Optilocks and Tikka bases: 162 grams. As to purchasing them, I ordered them on line, paid by (FRAUD ALERT), and the set arrived in mail in about two weeks.

The key to me is the mount's versatility: The base has four spots to mount the rings, the mount comes off and remounts in seconds (no more safe kisses on the nice scopes!) and the scope returns to zero every time. I have two bases for my Battue, one for my T3 222rem, and one for a M55. It's also very well made with quality materials and parts.

The only potential drawback of these mounts is the slightly higher mount height for the scope compared to Optilocks (19mm vs. 14mm.) At the same time, it accommodates larger objective scopes, and is still comfortable to use. As to the price, there's cheaper mounts out there, but none with these features and this quality until you start looking at EAW... .

Here's a snap of the components...

... and one with a Leupold FX-2 2.5x on the Battue.

is the take down changes the point of sight when shooting with or without the scope and back?

If you refer to the QD rings in my post above, my experience is this: If the point of impact changes between removal and re-install, I can't tell with the loads I shoot with the 308 Win, and with my "un-honed" shooting skills. If I can't see any change at the range, it's certainly good for hunting at any ethical distances.

Testing the repeatabilty of the mount was one of the reasons I got the 222 Rem; It shoots nice, small groups, and I just got a 24x scope for it. Just waiting for better weather to go and play with this set-up at the range.
