My Glock blew up part 2

The original tread was closed because it got off topic. So I just wanted update people to let them know I got the pistol back. The frame and all parts that were broken were replaced along with the mag. It appears to function perfectly. They also did not charge me anything. I just had to pay for shipping to BC. They did not have to do that so my hat is off to Block for coming through for me.

Good thing some handsome guy told you to contact them even though you were shooting reloads, eh?

Seriously though, that's awesome that it worked out for you. I've heard a few similar stories about Glock's customer service. Have to love when a company stands behind their products like that.
 
Excellent, too bad it happened but glad it turned out well for you! BTW you might want to edit your post to change Block to Glock, give credit to the right party :d
 
that is freaking awesome.
Another point to Glock.

Can you please post where did you send it to, and what was the process? for example, who did you call first in order to get the process started.
This could be useful for future reference.

Awesome job Glock (one of the reasons I sold all my HK products and got a Glock was due to parts and support and this thread proves it).
