Your powders are all too fast for high velocity loads, but should be able to make accurate mid velocity loads.

I also have clays and trailboss( I only use this for my sub 308 loads )

Not looking for any hot ammo just practice ammo for draw shoot reload and shoot type stuff

If it was me, with those powders, I would use the TiteGroup to make accurate plinker ammo.

Try 3.2, 3.5 & 3.8 and see which shoots best. My gun M&P likes 3.2

A friend of mine had a case separation with moderate load and 200 gn. No harm, no injury, but very scary. Be very careful with COAL, make sure crimp will not allow bullet to move into case.
