Missing factory ammo rounds new box less than 20

So lately I have been shooting MFS FMJ and SP 7.62 x54 and often enough I am finding boxes with 19 rounds instead of 20. Is this common? I have bought cases of this ammo from several retailers so at this point there is little reason to chase suppliers.

Are there other ammunition types that tend to be packed light?

So far I have had no issue with Barnaul, Norinco, S&B, PPU for quantity just MFS

Ive bought a dozen boxes of MFS SP 203gr and never have been shortchanged. But if that changes i will post back.

Meh the FMJ 183gr? MFS ammo was literally back of the van cheap bought from the back of a van for cheap 500 rounds in packs of 20. Was from this run where I recieved light rounds nows that I trace it back. So far no issues with Soft point 203gr MFS.

Hope this doesn't happen too often.... ammunition costs enough now
