You'll have a difficult time finding a 20" AR with "built in rear sight" (suggesting A1 style carry handle) AND a rail for red dot. Also no luck with an AR15 useable for hunting in Alberta (or Canada). Feel free to take a look at our Modern Varmint, which is in my opinion, the closest thing to an AR15 that you CAN use for varmint hunting in Alberta.
 
Hi. I actually do not hunt with a 223. I hunt with a 325 WSM. Instead of tactical/hunting apparently I should have said tactical/survival tool, lol. Thank you for your info on the AR. I have been running into the same results trying to locate such a hybrid. DPMS came close with the MK12; although, it cannot be purchased here anymore.
