So im trying to wrap my head around this. If i was to buy the mossberg 715p (restricted) and add a fixed stock long enough to make the rifle over 26.5 inches long would it then be classed as non restricted?
Sounds like the CFC considers that to be a hand gun, hence the 10 round mag limit. That would mean even with a long stock or long barrel for that matter they will always consider it a pistol/restricted.
