Stoeger m3k?

I'm thinking of picking one if these shotguns up for 3gun. I want to make sure that you can get extended shell tubes for them. Do you guys know a place that carries them in Canada. I know Nordic components makes one.

I got my M3K from Dale at Shooters Choice 2014 and my Nordic Components from Casey at TacOrd. Both great guys to deal with!

Just curious why you went with a +4 tube? Isn't it already 4+1 from the factory and chambered for 3" shells? If so the +4 would be overkill if you wanted to plug it for 5.9 rounds of 3" no?

Yup... Complete overkill. It is 5+1 of 2.75" from the factory. A +1 extension would have likely done just fine for the max legal limit of 6+1 of 2.75". I just like the look of the of the +4. And, when (not if) the zombie apocalypse happens, I have space for a few more by drilling out a rivet. :)

Hmmm, been debating between a MK3 and the JM Pro. Would folks lean more towards the MK3 over the JM Pro?

That was the debate I had as well, but I found that the JM Pro was even harder to find than the M3K! In the end, I went with the Stoeger because it was available. I also liked the idea of the inertia-based recoil system which is supposed to be very reliable and keeps the gun running cleaner.

i've got a +5 tube coming from tacord for my m3k, not that it will be able to be used to it's full potential but I like the look when the tube its the same length as the barrel, should be here next week :)
