You just don't get it. I like this situation as a consumer. It sucks for MDC. And I like the speed of IRG on piggybacking on MDC getting this approved. It's a win for the consumer. God you are simple.
"The stocks will not be installed should you purchase one, otherwise they will be classed as rifles in Canada."
Can't classify a pistol lower with no stock as a rifle. Will be a handgun always regardless if stock installed or not.
Md,
Will these come with all the accessories:
Hard case w/ foam cutouts
Buis
1 - 10/30 mag
Single point sling w/qd

Pic rail sections
???
Just watched the MAC video. Officially giddy
seems like no 10 round magsAt this time the 10 round mag is currently NOT LEGAL in CANADA contrary to what you are reading
Oh hell yeah!!!
What are the price ranges for the MPX line up in Canada anyways?
Yes! In for a 4 or 8" barrel. Hopefully thin folding stocks make their way up as well.
not if it is a rifle, barrel length doesnt matter
Dropping the ball on 10 round magazine is deal killer for me. Unless MDC can convince the manufacturer to produce a pistol magazine I am out.
This is the only factor relevant to me.
These are pistols. And the shortest I could go for my 9mm AR (rifle) was 4.5"
The Criminal Code states that a prohibited firearm is:
a handgunwith a barrel length of 105 mm (4.1 inches) or less;
rifles are not handguns.
AR's have both pistol and rifle mages also. dont see why this cannot.
