I recently bought a chiappa mares leg, I don't like the large lever and would like to buy the small lever for it, I put an ad in ee and contacted north sylva and wanstalls but so far nothing from either. Any suggestions as to where to buy a small lever for it ?
Thanks!

Same here but on the Chiappa's website they list the différents parts! I think the lever is $100 us!

There is also steve's Gunz Web Store, The Home of the Rossi 92 Specialist that may be able to help!

That's really expensive for what it is. I saw a post on here about someone cutting theirs down and re shaping it and welding. Maybe il go that way.
Mind you for resale i should just buy one

Or you can think of it this way, you can cut it down now, and either just deal with the minor drop in value come resale because you saved a bunch of money(I think the other guy said it cost him $40 to be cut down?...), or you can buy a new one when you go to sell it, and then you'll be selling a brand new loop and a cut down one.

Alternative would to be to scour the EE for a small loop lever.

I've looked for a month for a loop lever for a rossi 92. Ive contacted dozens of smiths, Rossi USA and the Canada rep. The final verdict was to cut, weld, re-blue. Its easier then you think. Also why would fixing something everyone hates affect re-sale? I have no plans to sell, but if i did the smaller loop lever wouldnt make it worth less.

I don't like the large loop on my Ranch Hand so was thinking of buying another Rossi92 trapper with a small loop in the same chambering - swap levers - and immediately sell it. Seems the only practical way - apart from cutting/reshaping/welding the large loop.

I cut my RH large loop lever also and as you say, very easy to do and shouldn't hurt the value any if I were to ever sell it. Which I doubt as it's a really fun gun.
