Koff, koff. That's one of those humped up 7.62 Garands that Marstar was selling some time ago causing their customers and themselves a lot of sorrow.
On the topic of bolt lugs, another CGN member showed me a Garand bolt at the Chilliwack show that exhibited cracks where the lugs joined the bolt body. I asked him later if it was a bolt with the 0-19 heat treatment code. These were specifically classified as faulty in the US Army rebuild manual on the Garand dated 1953. He hasn't gotten back to me on it yet.
