A valid choice...however I just like the feel and fit of the gun, so a clone works fine for me. I have a couple of other buys to get past first tho'...

I suppose you could buy one to have a shooter without wearing out an older, rarer Hi-Power, such as an Inglis or a 1930s-vintage FN.

Although you could buy a new or slightly used Mark III for that purpose.

love the Inglis.i sold a mint 1T last year.for huge money,and got another the next day,that was still in the factory grease inside and a first pattern holster in the original yellow color,that's going to be worth some good money too.
