I have a Rossi ranch hand in 44 mag that is wearing a full stock. It's an awesome little rifle, but I think it would benefit from a tang sight. Has anyone done this? I have already replaced the front with a taller one from Rusty wood.

I have a Lyman on my Rossi 92 (sold as Puma but marked Rossi); it is probably 12 years old. Only problem I had was that the screw holes were metric so the gunsmith drilled and tapped the tang screw to match the Lyman screw that came with it. May not be an issue with newer ones.
