So went down to the gun shop today and didn't buy what I thought I was going to but real close. Turns out they had a 2008 m77 Alaskan black in 375 ruger on consignment so I picked it up for 800 bucks and the guy who consigned it also threw in a new box of brass, couldn't be happier. Thanks again to everyone.

Any of you guys have any experience with 270 grain Speer tbsp it's the only thing I could find anywhere remotely close to me

I recall seeing a film when I was a kid which was a record of a Yukon hunt. In this a lady shot two big grizzlies using a 99 Savage in 300 Savage caliber. She was shooting 180 grain Silvertip factory loads. She fired once for each bear. Her guide backed her up with his 30/06; load unknown. He never fired. Of course, we all know, 1964 animals had not yet evolved the armour plating carried by animals of the new millennium. Nonetheless, if I was going to buy a new rifle with big bears in mind, I would probably go with a 338 Win Mag. If I was going to select a rifle from my rack for a grizzly hunt, it would be the 338.
I agree good choice on your rifle and cartridge choice.
I've never understood this fear of the recoil of a 375 H&H/Ruger = My first 375 was a 375H&H Sako Hunter lV after hearing all the talk of heavy heavy recoil I lined up on a 50 yard target and let a 300gr Sierra Gameking @ 2450fps go I was so crowded into that rifle expecting the worst/heaviest recoil to hit me.
I sat back in amazement the recoil really wasn't any heavier than my 308NM so I zero'ed the scope by shooting off 15 more rounds out to 200 yards.
Shoulder was a bit sore but the rifle had a hard/solid rubber recoil pad on it once I changed it I had no more issues.
My go to grizzly gun is my shortened to 21" barreled Rem 700 LSS in 375RUM loaded with 260gr Accubonds @ 3020fps - 350gr TSX/Woodleigh/Northfork bullets @ 2450fps.
I've hunted many times for bear both grizzlies and blacks with single shot rifles last grizzly hunt I packed my 21" barreled T/C Contender carbine in 375JDJ loaded with 260gr Accubonds @ 2300fps these loads will zip right thru a 6'+ black at 90 yards resulting in DRT.
I now also have a 22" barrelled T/C Prohunter in 375H&H loaded with 250gr TTSX @ 2620fps going to also try some 270gr Hornady Interlock SP @ 2550fps this year.
I can actually load and accurately shoot single shots very quickly probably just as quick as many can action/shoot a bolt gun so no I do not feel undergunned packing them.

Get a good used 9.3X62 for around $600.
Have the barrel cut and crowned at twenty inches ....
and the front sight reinstalled, for a total of about $150.
Scope it with a good used low-powered variable for less than $200
Sight it in three inches high at 100 yards with any 286 gr factory ammo..... other than Hornady InterLock.
Practice with both the scope and the irons.
Be amazed at how well it shoots, and how easy it is to do so without getting beat up!
Kill any Bear that walks in North America, using a dead-on hold out to 200 yards.

This is as close as I can come to meeting your specs. My Zastava with Bushnell Elite 3200 and doesn't require any length alterations. The 'biggest' hurdle for me in using it on the game animal in question is my lovely lady doesn't find the concept of Bear appealing. There are quite a few tasty looking Black Bears here but I've been trying for the past 49 years and haven't made any headway yet in convincing her.
