Out of curiosity, how feasable would it be to get .303 done?

I wouldn't think so since they are "factory reloading" ... they would need a supply of .303 casings to re-manufacture

the bullets and power and primers are new

I have a question about the bullets used for the reloading; I know they are copper plated but what is the jacket material of the bullet? brass perhaps?
