I bought a Lyman universal trimmer from Amazon a while back with a carbide cutter for $114, an awesome deal.

During my use, I noticed that the adjusting bell was rubbing the inside of the cut out of the trimmer body.

It looks like the cutout is not a perfectly aligned.

I emailed Lyman about it and described the issue back in the fall of 2016. They got back to me and noted that they will send me a new trimmer body.

A couple of months passed since I reported it, and followed up again. They got back to me indicating that they are back ordered on the body.

Fast forward to today, I got a surprise package from Canada Post. It was from Lyman!

They sent me a replacement trimmer body.

They sent me a couple of small parts recently for a No 55 powder measure for free. It was one I bought second hand and I was willing to pay for the parts.
 
I don't know if I could. Ordered from Amazon on March/2016. I didn't notice until November/2016. It didn't help since I didn't really use it a month or so after I received from Amazon.

You could have exchanged the whole unit with amazon if amazon wasn't back-ordered. No need to wait for multiple months then.
