I'm looking for a holster that I can use for IPSC, IDPA or LEAP. I was reading that for LEAP matches, the holster needs to have two levels of security. They suggest the Blackhawk CQC.
Is it the same for IPSC and IDPA, two levels of security?
The holster is for a P226 MK25
Any recommendations?

Not for IPSC and IDPA.
Level 1 is all you need.
IPSC holsters are predicated on speed whereas IDPA holsters are more for concealment. True concealment holsters are harder and slower to draw from as they hug tight to your body and loose clothing can get in the way. IPSC holsters stick out and are lower than concealment holsters. They are also not drawn from a concealment garment usually.
The Blackhawk release system is not liked and may be banned for a lot of matches due to a small chance of an ND from the finger release system.
If you are going deep and hard into each sport, you will end up with 3 or more different holsters. You can use a Level 2 holster for IPSC ( I think?) and IDPA but know that you are sacrificing speed with it.
If you have deep pockets, get a dedicated holster for each game. Get a good one. Safariland makes nice stuff but can be pricey. For IDPA, our own Canadian made SolCan holsters are excellent. They also make a good competition set up also.

I have several different holsters. My IPSC holster is a Ghost Hybrid, I also used a Bladetech DOH for several years. I have the Blackhawk CQC with lock, if I want something with more security. I have a holster for IDPA type low light shoots to hold my S&W M&P with Streamlight TLR-1 attached. Basically, holsters are not too expensive, so it has been easy to pickup a specific holster to suit the shooting I'm doing. I know a lot of guys like the Safariland with Thumb drive and hood, if they need a retention type holster.

Was looking at the Ghost Hybrid but it seems they don't have an option for the 226. I'll take a look at SolCan and Safariland.
Thanks for the info

The LEAP Committee (Law Enforcement Action Pistol) runs shoots on the ... are in accordance with the Canadian Police Combat Association (CPCA) rules.

3.12. HOLSTER - A conventional right or left handed holster must be used. For safety reasons, shoulder, cross draw, or holsters which require releasing by insertion of finger within the trigger guard will not be allowed. Semi-automatic pistol holsters must completely cover the trigger. Tie down holsters not allowed.

You don't need any secondary retention.

I recommend a Blade-Tech Classic OWB.

Solely Canadian has everything you need.

Black one is a "competion level 2" and tan one is one of their concealment line.

Gran a competion and competion lvl 2 and you are set
